What JunkRemoval Connect does

We're an introduction service. You tell us what needs to go, and we pass your request to the one independent junk-removal company that serves your ZIP code so it can contact you. We don't haul or dispose of anything, set prices, employ crews or take payment for junk removal.

The junk-removal companies

Companies on JunkRemoval Connect are independent businesses. Any quote, booking or payment is between you and the company. Each company sets its own prices, decides what it accepts and is responsible for its work, staff, insurance and disposal. We don't guarantee that a company will be available, will contact you within a particular time, will take any particular item, or that its service will meet your expectations.

Every company confirms when it joins that it's licensed and registered as its state requires and carries insurance. We don't check licenses or insurance ourselves, so ask the company for proof before you book.

What can be removed

The company confirms what it will take before the job. Paint, chemicals, fuel, tires, batteries, asbestos and other hazardous or regulated materials need special handling, and many companies don't take them. Mention them so the company can tell you what it accepts. Don't hand over anything you know to be hazardous without telling the company first.

Damage and responsibility

JunkRemoval Connect only connects you with a junk-removal company in your area. We don't do the work, and we don't employ, train or supervise the people who do. If anything is damaged or lost while a company removes your things, that company is responsible, not JunkRemoval Connect. Raise it with the company and, if needed, its insurer. When you send a request, you confirm that you understand this.

Your request and photos

Give accurate information, and only ask for the removal of things you have the right to get rid of, from a place you're arranging the work for. By submitting a request you agree to be contacted about it by the company that serves your ZIP code, as described on the form. You can ask the company to stop at any time.

Photos you add should show the items and the space. Avoid photos of people or of personal documents. The company uses them only to understand and quote your job.

Acceptable use

Don't submit false requests, use automated tools to submit requests, upload anything that isn't a photo of the job, or try to access accounts or data that aren't yours.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, JunkRemoval Connect isn't liable for the services provided by junk-removal companies or for any loss arising from your dealings with them.
